We're looking for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in their community and are committed to achieving personal and professional success.
You should have:
- Self-identified as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, or Métis)
- Enrolled in a post-secondary institution degree program (Business, Commerce, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Arts, etc.)
- For CPA Audit or Tax positions, committed to achieving your Canadian CPA designation and working to obtain the CPA required pre-requisite courses at your post-secondary institution
- Built collaborative relationships: Establishes strong relationships internally and externally and builds wide and productive networks
- Developed and motivated others: Engages others, instils confidence, and coaches people to find meaning in their work and achieve exceptional results
- Taken opportunities to learn and adapt: Uses insights and self-reflection to build capability and embrace new challenges
