We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Hospitality team. As an Account Manager, you will redefine how the hospitality vertical handles customer renewals and provides in-life support to clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned client accounts
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations
  • Completing renewals, including updates to relevant agreements, and ensuring timely billing of clients
  • Understanding clients' primary objectives for the product and providing feedback and materials necessary to achieve those objectives
  • Consolidating client feedback, objectives, and other relevant information for use by colleagues in the Hospitality Account Management team and across the broader organization
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address and facilitate client requests
  • Implementing up-sell or cross-sell options as outlined by the company
  • Monitoring client satisfaction and promptly addressing any issues to maintain high levels of retention
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to support the Hospitality Account Management team
  • Utilizing relevant sales tools, including CRM, to ensure accurate data, pipelines, and renewal and financial information

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Solid organizational skills, and a results-driven approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and creative mindset
  • The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • The flexibility to work in different time zones
  • Experience with CRM and other sales tools

Bonus points if you have:

  • Completed a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in an additional language, including but not limited to German, Italian, Arabic, French, Dutch, or an Asian language
  • A strong interest in published media, hospitality, and the business of travel
