Learning and Development Specialist

Bombardier is a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of aircraft. As a Technical Learning Advisor, you will play a critical role in the company's success by developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze training needs and develop effective training solutions to address them.
  • Design and deliver training related to health and safety topics, including Bombardier's health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and review learning solutions.
  • Work with various function teams to implement learning strategies and ensure knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • Degree in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, or ergonomics, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a health and safety advisor/trainer role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Aerospace experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask, with a high level of analytical skill.
  • Proficiency in the French and English language (oral and written), with a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
