About the Role

Bombardier is seeking a skilled Technical Learning Advisor to join our team in Dorval, Canada. As a key member of our Aerospace Canada organization, you will play a critical role in delivering superior experiences and products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the proactive analysis of training needs and validate approaches, tools, and training content.
  • Deliver training related to various health and safety topics and Bombardier health and safety standards.
  • Support subject matter experts in the development and review of learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with different function teams to implement learning strategies and ensure internal knowledge transfer.
  • Support the integration of new employees and on-site organizational learning teams to understand skills issues and present recommendations.
Requirements
  • Diploma in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, or ergonomy with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a health and safety advisor/trainer role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Aerospace experience is an asset.
  • Experience in a manufacture environment.
  • Experience supporting ISO (45000, 14001) audits.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate impact and influence.
  • Comfortable collaborating and working in a team.
  • Good analytical skills and organization.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of the French and English language (oral and written).
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
