Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. o/a Petro Canada. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of 3-4 sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize returns and exchanges, and ensure that merchandise is displayed and priced correctly.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
