We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.


What you will do:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of high-rise construction projects, from conception to completion. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional problem-solving skills.


  • Develop and implement project plans, outlining the scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless flow of information and collaboration.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports to team.
  • Ensure that construction activities comply with design specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met on time.
  • Anticipate potential delays and implement strategies to keep the project on track.
  • Implement proactive measures to address unforeseen challenges and minimize disruptions.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to keep all stakeholders informed.


Your experience & abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Must be flexible and a team player.
