Restaurant Operations Manager

At Beaumont Kitchen, we're seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including recruitment, training, and payroll management.
- Conduct regular health and safety meetings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Communicate the restaurant's vision and values to all staff, leading by example and demonstrating high personal integrity and business ethics.
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a strong track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
