Restaurant Operations Manager

At Beaumont Kitchen, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading our restaurant operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a high-performing restaurant team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set restaurant goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Manage restaurant operations, including recruitment, training, coaching, payroll, invoicing, ordering, and inventory control.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, team members, and senior management.
- Communicate the restaurant's vision and values to all staff, leading by example and promoting a positive work environment.
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience.
