Restaurant Operations Manager

Join our team at Rajhani Sweets & Restaurant as a Restaurant Supervisor, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and portioning staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
