Job Summary:

The Building Operator will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our commercial building, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and guests. This role requires a high level of physical fitness, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and maintain a clean environment
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
  • Work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Working Conditions:

The Building Operator will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The role requires flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
