**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Plumbing Technician. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers in the area of plumbing and heating, helping to turn houses into homes.
**Responsibilities**
- Test, troubleshoot, and complete minor repairs to mechanical equipment such as furnaces, motors, hot water tanks, humidifiers, air conditioners, and other plumbing and heating systems.
- Provide intelligent and ethical recommendations for products and service options to customers to enhance their families' comfort in their home.
- Work safely and effectively with both your brain and your hands.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
- Capable of lifting 35lbs correctly and safely as well as traversing stairs and ladders, and other areas where mechanical systems fit within a home.
- Reliable vehicle and relatively clear driving record.
- Willing and able to work an after-hours 'on-call' shift on a rotational basis.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
**Requirements**
- Journeyman/woman trade certificate and/or a certificate in plumbing and/or gas-fitting (or in the process of completing these certifications).
- Self-motivated person that takes pride in being professional and punctual.
- Enthusiastic person, motivated by personal pride and craftsmanship.
- Organized, able to prioritize, and have strong detail-orientation.
- Capable of working on your own as well as with others from time to time.
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive compensation package consisting of wages, overtime, bonuses, potential commissions, and an exceptional benefits plan. You can make significantly more than $100K with the right attitude and skillset within our team. We provide supplemental training and development options in-house and through our vendors within the plumbing trade as well as other mechanical trades. This enables you to grow your abilities and expertise, which in turn can increase your compensation. We also provide tools, a vehicle, and uniforms.
