We are seeking a skilled Industrial Plant Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Del's Pastry Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in industrial plant equipment
  • Construct foundations for machinery and repair or replace defective parts
  • Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery and operate machining tools to fabricate parts
  • Program programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and install machinery and equipment
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment and handle heavy loads
Requirements:
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Endorsement
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in industrial plant maintenance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle physically demanding tasks
