Product Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at Distech Controls, a leading company in the building automation industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in defining and executing our product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring timely and successful product delivery.
About the Role- This is a senior-level position that requires a strong technical background with a deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable specifications and user experiences.
- Define product roadmap, prioritize features, and guide the team in making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies and ensure successful go-to-market plans.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to our controllers' products.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in Product Management or a similar product development role.
- Travel internationally (up to 15%) may be required.
