This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and market comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs. You will oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision for a portfolio of products, aligned with the company's overall goals, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to our controllers' products, conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in Product Management or a similar product development role, with a deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Strong technical background with related experience in the HVAC or Building Automation Systems (BAS) industries, with a track record of delivering successful technical products, from concept to launch, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Benefits and Salary:
We offer an estimated salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including annual performance bonuses, group insurance, and retirement plans. This role also involves travel internationally up to 15%.
