Sheshu's Sizzling Tandoor Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service management and be able to lead a team of 5-10 staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food
  • Estimate and requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in food service management an asset
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
