About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned IT professional with experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams. You will work closely with various stakeholders to define project scope, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and other project management frameworks will be valuable assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project portfolios and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with the PMO (Project Management Office) to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and skills to deliver projects successfully.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and other project management frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Jira, MS Project, and Asana.
