Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • Generate employment letters and other HR-related documents
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Participate in departmental projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
  • Manage labour relations matters, including harassment investigations and performance management
  • Assist with the interpretation, application, and implementation of our Collective Bargaining Agreement
Requirements
  • Education in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience and/or schooling in Human Resources
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including days and evenings, across four time zones
  • Ability to work a hybrid position, with a possibility of in-office work in the future
  • Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license, with the ability to commute to different branches across the Ontario region
