Job Title: Courier Driver

M2BC ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a reliable and skilled Courier Driver to join our team. As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and Pick Up: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand.
  • Operate and Drive: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional customer service and receive and relay information to central dispatch.
  • Record Keeping: Keep a record of items received and delivered.
  • Preparation and Restocking: Prepare, package, and restock goods.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods.
  • Sorting and Planning: Sort packages for delivery and follow directions and read maps.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle.
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Transportation Experience: Have local transportation/travel experience.
  • Security and Safety: Undergo a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.
  • Weight Handling: Be able to handle up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and have a client-focused approach.
Experience:

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
