As a key member of our Corporate Communications team, you will play a vital role in shaping the narrative of our company's internal and external communications. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that drive engagement, build trust, and foster a positive company culture.

With a strong focus on internal communications, you will work closely with various teams to inform, advocate, and consult on corporate communications issues. Your ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and drive results will be essential in achieving our company's strategic objectives.

As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute detailed communications plans, including planning events and activities that lead to a consistent and meticulous experience for all involved. Your strong writing skills, creativity, and attention to detail will be key in developing materials that represent our company's brand voice and demonstrate our commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing communications strategies that align with our company's corporate priorities
  • Building relationships with key internal stakeholders to support various initiatives
  • Providing direction and guidance to multiple internal stakeholders regarding appropriate internal communication tactics
  • Developing clear, timely, and effective employee communications that strive for relevant, informative, and inclusive content

Requirements include:

  • University degree in a related discipline (e.g. Public Relations, Communications, Journalism)
  • Three to five years of progressive experience, including at least four years in a similar role; energy industry or journalism experience preferred
