About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Precise Landscaping and Construction. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Team Members to Duties
  • Hire and Train or Arrange for Training of Staff
  • Authorize Payments by Cheque
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise
  • Sell Merchandise
  • Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising and Personnel Matters
  • Resolve Issues that May Arise, Including Customer Requests, Complaints and Supply Shortages
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers
  • Conduct Performance Reviews
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
