Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and manage inventory levels to minimize waste
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-44 hour work week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
