Job Title: LNGC- QA/QC Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at LNGC. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our construction and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality auditing plans for LNGC construction and maintenance contractors.
  • Define, maintain, and report on quality key performance indicators for LNGC and contractors.
  • Develop and implement a quality management plan for projects and turnarounds.
  • Work with the flange management lead to ensure QA on critical flanges and QA checks on contractors in the field.
  • Review contractor ITPs, witness hold points, and ensure weld procedures are reviewed and approved for all construction and fabrication activities.
  • Oversee contractor activities to ensure performed work meets requirements in drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Monitor contractor quality control programs and associated records.
  • Audit contractor QMPs.
  • Support the procurement team by interfacing with contract inspectors performing inspections on LNGC's behalf.
  • Quality assurance of material receiving process, traceability, and spot QC of critical material receiving equipment integrity.
  • Coordinate turnover process/mechanical completions and approve turnover packages.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years industry experience in oil and gas with a minimum of 5 years managing quality assurance, flawless programs, or system turnover.
  • Preferably with an engineering degree, but a diploma in mechanical or technology will be considered.
  • Experience in turnaround and routine maintenance preparation, execution, and completions.
  • Prior experience working in the capacity of a construction QA/QC coordinator on industrial projects.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Computer literate - Microsoft applications.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Stakeholder engagements.
  • Ability to manage evolving priorities and deliver on multiple commitments in a timely manner.
