Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Brock Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Quality Control Leads to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify that work is performed in accordance with Contractor Specifications and/or as directed by the Contractor's Representative.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in all aspects of our operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to Quality Control Leads and other staff members on quality control procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • 5+ years of direct supervision experience.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective safety operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Experience with quality control software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
