Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Agent service à la clientèle to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up on client requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous assistance to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Order Management: Process client orders, prepare and submit simple proposals, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating effectively and providing regular updates on product availability, delivery times, and other relevant information.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage client correspondence, prepare and send invoices, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or account management position.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Acomba software.
