About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Construction Operations team and project sites, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Tasks:
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of field purchasing files
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new craft hires
  • Verify EDS rates according to union agreement
  • Process payroll accurately using craft labor agreements for wage and fringe rates
  • Issue field checks for local procurement and I-expense
  • Code and submit field invoices for approval
  • Prepare and obtain authorizations for customer billing on project costs
  • Ensure compliance with procedures at all job sites
