Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Royal Distributing. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandise products by creating impactful presentations that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure wait times are minimized by allocating staff and assisting where required.
- Meet and exceed sales and customer experience targets.
- Develop and maintain training materials for all store personnel.
- Oversee the store's appearance and ensure it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
- Lead and execute planograms, floor displays, and seasonal flips.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and label products correctly.
- Oversee signage and ensure all information is accurate and relevant.
- Provide ongoing training and testing for new and existing staff.
- Identify and execute operational efficiencies.
- Coach team members on performance and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment and engage customers.
- 4+ years of retail leadership experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of powersports is an asset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time opportunity with varying hours and overtime as required. The successful candidate must be available for shifts during days, evenings, and weekends. Steel toe, green patch work boots are required.
