Job Title: Clinic Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a high-end medical clinic atmosphere in appearance and delivery while upholding our company values
  • Monitor and strive to meet monthly/annual sales goals
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic and clinic inventory/stock levels
  • Lead, train, and oversee all staff
  • Build and actively manage clinic schedules
  • Process payments and resolve monetary discrepancies
  • Act as a first point of contact for the medical team and patients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients
  • Meet all team deadlines and responsibilities
  • Promote a positive company culture that values integrity, inclusion, collaboration, communication, and teamwork
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve clinic standards
Requirements:
  • MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Highly motivated and solution-oriented
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Professional communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Completely dependable
  • Computer savvy and quick learner
