Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a superior customer service experience, emphasizing strong product knowledge and delivered in a friendly, outgoing, and helpful manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to determine their jewellery needs and provide a selection of products for them to choose from.
  • Deliver sound product knowledge to support customers in their purchase choice and follow up as necessary with post-purchases and inquiries.
  • Use our various technological programs to enhance the customer experience and ensure accuracy in cash receipts.
  • Assist with store opening and closing duties, promote store sales, and work with the team to ensure efficiency in service delivery to customers.
  • Learn and understand our in-depth digital point-of-sale system and assist with digital product photography.
Requirements
  • Previous jewellery experience is an asset, but not required.
  • A demonstrated record of a positive work ethic and a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
  • Ability to learn products in a reasonable time and possess exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Proven experience in a team-based environment and a commitment to a "customer-first" philosophy.
