Executive Director of Operations

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our Collision Center team at Mobile Auto Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets, while maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Collision Center, ensuring seamless execution of processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of technicians, estimators, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget, forecasting sales, profit, and expense objectives, and monitoring financial performance.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, mitigating risks and maintaining a culture of compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, implementing process changes, and driving innovation to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Post-secondary education or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the collision repair industry.
- Skills and Abilities: Proven track record of success in leadership, strategic planning, and operational management, with excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
