Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team in Richmond Hill, ON. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing quotes and selling new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email.
  • Assisting customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy on a daily basis.
  • Managing and building customer relationships to meet insurance sales targets.
  • FOLLOWING up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
  • Conducting sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business.

We are looking for individuals who can bring a unique set of skills to our team. Some of the key qualifications we are looking for include:
  • No prior experience is necessary, and we provide applicable training for the right candidate.
  • RIBO/General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role.
  • Working experience in EPIC is an asset.
