Job Title: Halfway House Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Halfway House Worker to join our team at Native Counselling Services of Alberta. As a Halfway House Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and office support
  • Assess clients' needs and eligibility for specific services
  • Perform administrative tasks and resolve conflict situations
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Enhanced reliability security clearance
  • Criminal record check
  • Child welfare check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
