About the Job:

Farm labourers play a crucial role in the success of our fruit and vegetable farm. As a labourer, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as fertilizing and spraying crops to ensure optimal growth. You will also be involved in harvesting crops, which requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

Our farm is located in a rural area, and you will be working outdoors in a combination of fruit and vegetable farming settings. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. The work can be physically demanding, but it is also rewarding to see the fruits of your labour.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to distinguish between colours
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
