About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Drop Cleaner. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their successful execution.
  • HR Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Task Management: Evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily tasks, and supervise other workers as needed.
  • Communication: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Technology: Maintain and manage digital databases, and have a strong understanding of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Office.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and time management skills.
