Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Moulding Store. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Scheduling and Administration: Schedule and confirm appointments, receive and issue payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide basic information to clients and the public.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and adhere to company protocols.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and adapt to our company's procedures.
