Food Service Team Lead

The Northern Bar & Stage is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation and portioning
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
