Fernie Pizza & Pasta is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, from food preparation to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all dishes meet our high quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Team Leadership: Establish methods to meet work schedules, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a fast-paced environment that meets the needs of our customers.
