Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer calls and respond to their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to their orders
Requirements:
  • Perfect bilingualism (English and French)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, face-to-face or over the phone
  • Dynamic personality, a smile in your voice and an unparalleled sense of customer service
What We Offer:
  • Salary between $20 and $23/hour, depending on experience
  • A flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday (8 to 5 or 9 to 6)
  • A 3-month contract with permanence afterwards, so you'll receive your pay every week
  • A fast-paced work environment with a family atmosphere, making for motivating workdays
  • Easy access by car and on-site parking
  • Opportunity to grow within the after-sales service team
  • Opportunity to telework 2 days a week after the training period (i.e. after 3 months)
