About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager II to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of our games, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives into product strategies and key results, monitoring and driving strategy to achieve results through the definition of associated metrics.
  • Identify business problems and provide effective solutions, leveraging experience in understanding user needs and aligning cross-functional teams to define holistic solutions.
  • Develop evidence-based product roadmaps with a holistic view of the gaming market, identifying new opportunities and driving initiatives through product discovery and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and technical partners to drive product development and launch.
  • Work with game studios to understand their business needs and drive collaboration sessions to determine solutions.
  • Partner with analytics to establish an experimentation roadmap, using A/B testing to meet objectives and create product and player insights.

Qualifications

  • Highly familiar with the gaming industry and current entertainment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner, collaborate, and engage stakeholders effectively to achieve outcome-based success.
  • Adaptive and passionate about quality, with the ability to determine the best approach based on player feedback, data, the competitive landscape, and peer collaboration.
  • Experience leading product definition, prioritization, and guiding the delivery of technically complex product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to do competitive analysis, data analysis, and other discovery methods to identify high-impact areas to invest in.
  • Passion and ability to define goals and metrics for products and be accountable for corresponding outcomes and growth in your area of focus.
  • Experience leading a cross-disciplinary team and presenting to executive leadership to build alignment and advocacy for the roadmap.
