Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert strategic objectives into measurable outcomes
  • Diagnose issues and propose effective solutions
  • Create a data-driven product roadmap
  • Lead initiatives through product exploration and implementation
  • Collaborate with game development teams to grasp business requirements
  • Establish a testing roadmap utilizing A/B testing methodologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong familiarity with the e-commerce and gaming sectors
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate and partner effectively
  • Flexible and dedicated to maintaining high standards
  • Experience in guiding product definition and prioritization
  • Capability to conduct competitive and data analysis
  • Passion for setting objectives and metrics for products
  • Experience in leading a multidisciplinary team

Compensation Range:

  • British Columbia: $133,400 - $193,200 CAD Annually
  • California: $161,100 - $239,700 USD Annually
