Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Hillary Dry Cleaners. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and debit payments.
  • Operate a cash register, manage cash handling, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and sales promotions.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including displaying products, creating displays, and maintaining store displays.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including processing sales transactions and maintaining customer information.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years or more of experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
