Executive Chef Coordinator

We are a renowned restaurant and lounge seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef Coordinator to lead our kitchen operations. In this role, you will oversee the preparation of exquisite meals, manage staff, and maintain high standards of quality and service.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per yearJob Description:The ideal candidate will possess excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and strong leadership abilities. As an Executive Chef Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our discerning customers.
You will also be responsible for preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and working closely with our dietitian or chef to create special meals for patients. Additionally, you will inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
In this fast-paced environment, you will need to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You will also be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads as part of your daily duties.
