Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support personnel.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house and management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires standing for extended periods. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
