**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA, and any other relevant regulations.
  • Lead the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness, while promoting a positive and fun work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including Assistant Managers and Shift Managers.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and cash handling.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required programs, reports, and legal documents.
  • Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with the GM/Owner on all issues that may impact the business.
  • Maintain restaurant equipment in good working order and report any issues to the Owner.

**Requirements**

  • 1+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Able to work on your feet for up to 13 hours at a time.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Open availability, including weekends and some nights.
  • Cash handling skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Top-notch customer service skills and ability to lead and develop a strong team.
