About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Krishna2128 Corporation. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and ensure they are properly stored.
  • Food Preparation
    • Assist in the preparation of food, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
    • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Ensure that all kitchen supplies are properly labeled and stored.
  • Housekeeping
    • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that all waste is properly disposed of.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
    • Reliability and ability to maintain a high level of productivity.
Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.
  • Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
