About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Charred Rotisserie House. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Garbage and Recycling: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure proper disposal.
  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as needed.
  • Table Setting: Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
  • Linens and Cleaning: Carry and replace linens, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
Work Environment

As a Kitchen Assistant at Charred Rotisserie House, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will be expected to work effectively in a team setting, communicate clearly, and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
