Leaders International Executive Search is proud to support the College of New Caledonia in their search for a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Information Technology Director.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the College's IT department, overseeing the development and implementation of technology strategies, and ensuring the effective use of technology to support the College's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT department and provide strategic direction for technology initiatives
  • Develop and implement technology strategies to support the College's goals and objectives
  • Oversee the management of IT systems, infrastructure, and services
  • Collaborate with College stakeholders to identify technology needs and opportunities
  • Ensure the effective use of technology to support teaching, learning, and research

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT leadership and management
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with College stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
