Job Title: Hairdresser

We are seeking a skilled and creative Hairdresser to join our team at Artistic Hair Designs. As a Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Cut and style hair according to client preferences and instructions
  • Shampoo and condition hair
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches
  • Provide hair treatments such as waving, straightening, and tinting
  • Supervise other hair stylists and staff
  • Apply hair extensions and clean and style wigs and hair pieces
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
  • Suggest hair styles compatible with client's physical features and preferences
  • Perform receptionist duties
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Work setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Manual dexterity
  • Attention to detail
  • Hand-eye co-ordination
  • Standing for extended periods
