Job Title: Hairdresser

We are seeking a skilled and creative Hairdresser to join our team at Artistic Hair Designs.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients, working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut and style hair according to client preferences and instructions
  • Shampoo and condition hair
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches
  • Provide hair treatments such as waving, straightening, and tinting
  • Supervise junior staff and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Apply hair extensions and clean and style wigs and hair pieces
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hair styling techniques and trends
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the hairdressing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a busy barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio environment, with a team of experienced hairdressers and stylists.
