Nurse Practitioner

RhynoCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and compassion.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Nursing Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of our residents.
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with our healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and other caregivers, to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Ensure Resident Safety and Well-being: Implement protocols to prevent falls, pressure ulcers, and other potential harm, and ensure timely and safe resident transfers and discharges.
- Manage Medications and Supplies: Safeguard and manage medications, narcotics, and other supplies, adhering to established protocols and regulations.
- Document Resident Care: Accurately and thoroughly document resident care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education and Certification: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent, and current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Skills and Experience: Strong written and verbal communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and experience working in a long-term care setting.
- Personal Qualities: Compassionate, empathetic, and respectful attitude towards residents and colleagues, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
