Northern Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled and self-directed Administrative Assistant to support the Regional Home & Community Care department. This role will provide administrative support to the Regional Hospice Palliative Care (HPC) Leader and HPC Consultation Team members from a central hub.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate common clerical and business practices to support the local and remote interdisciplinary Team
- Establish office practices to support the Leader and HPC Consultation Team members
- Coordinate the organization, preparation, and distribution of teaching resources
- Track and electronically file resources
- Publish the HPC Newsletter
- Maintain the iPortal sites
- Provide data administration and reporting

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
